The Inter American Press Association, Bolivia’s Journalism Foundation and Proyecto Desconfío of Argentina launch a new edition of the Summit on Disinformation on Sept. 18-19.
This year’s edition will spotlight efforts in strengthening democracy against disinformation, in media strategies to counter misleading narratives, in innovation and artificial intelligence, and in media education and literacy. Some of the participants include Mario Tascón (Spain), Cristina Tardáguila (Brazil), Olivia Sohr (Argentina) and Craig Silverman (US).
