Fact-Checking Development Grant Program launched

Organizations that have been regularly publishing non-partisan fact checks over the last three months can apply for this new grant.

Poynter’s International Fact-Checking Network is accepting applications for the Fact-Checking Development Grant Program.

The program is available for established fact-checking units that are pursuing projects around video production, tools development, audience building and new formats testing.

Grantees will receive up to US$50,000 and have six months to develop their projects.

The deadline is June 17.
